Personal care workers (PSWs)

Look guys, PSWs are NOT freaking molly maids. So stop treating them like one. These are professionals who offer assistance with our daily lives, and the daily living activities of our loved ones. Stop treating them with little respect, or assume they're here to clean your house. They're here to provide you with personal support and relieve. Understand that, and start treating with more respect and as a professional.
